What is the size of the group?  32 passengers

Do I need a Passport?  Yes  (apply ASAP through the Post Office)

What is the Climate like in Scotland/Ireland during the summer?  Generally in the 60's to 70's (F) during the month of August, light jacket recommended.  Bring a small umbrella if you like, rain ponchos are provided by CIE Tours.

Can I purchase Trip Insurance?  Yes, details are shown below with website of insurance provider.

Will my mobile phone work overseas?  Most likely yes, but check with your provider for any additional texting or roaming charges.

Can I bring a service animal?  Yes, however we need this information in advance to arrange airline accommodations.  Please see ADA Requirement section of Registration Form.

Should I bring my medicines?  Yes, bring adequate supplies for 17-days of travel.

Can I cancel my deposit?  Yes, deposits are fully refundable until December 13,2024.  Once final balance payment is received by April 26, 2025, your reservation is non-refundable.  This is due to our Group Airline Ticket Block cancellation policies and the Edinburgh, Military Tattoo Group cancellation policies.  

Does my Medical Insurance cover me overseas?  Good question, contact your provider ASAP to ascertain that important information.  If you have a special medical requirement, please notify Jon Lehman prior to booking your reservation so accommodations can possibly be made.  You can reach Jon by phone (479) 531-7710, or by email jon@ozarkbagpiper.com

How many suitcases and carry-on bags am I allowed to bring?  One suitcase and one carry on bag per person is included.  Plus one personal item such as a purse are allowed onboard.  Any additional bags or overweight bag fees will be paid for by passenger separately.  Check airline for bag size requirements. 

How many people to a hotel room?  Per Person Price is based on double (2 person) occupancy. 

What is the single person supplement additional price if I want to travel alone?  $1,895

Are the attractions ADA Accessible?  Yes, most of the attractions are ADA accessible, although plan on some walking in attractions such as Castle tours and other venues such as the Cliffs of Moher.

Will we have a group meeting prior to the departure?  Yes, we will have two Zoom meetings prior to the group departure, during the month of May and July 2025, dates TBA.
